As part of the project, the logisticss company, which currently has 85 local employees, would add 35 jobs and $1.7 million in payroll. Salaries would range between $13 and $36 an hour. The expansioj would represent a $575,000 investment. FKI Logistex would like to leasse anadditional 10,000 square feet at Triton, wher e it currently occupies 25,000 square according to Brian Nichter, vice president of postal and parcekl systems for the company in Louisville. The KEDFA boardr granted FKI Logistex preliminary approvalfor $1.2 million in stats tax incentives for up to 10 years. Nichter said thre markets are in the running forthe expansion.
