On the Centrak Coast, the average pricse is $2.98, up 10.3 centw from last week, 47 cents above last and $1.40 below last year. Dean Cannon, R-Winter Park, on Tuesday unveiled the late-session proposap that would give the governo and Cabinet the power to consider applications to conduct offshoresenergy exploration.
