OSHA seeks fines against East Central Machine & Tool - St. Louis Business Journal:

The compant failed to ensure the mechanical powedr press had an option to select various speee settings amongother features, OSHA “This worker’s life will be foreverr changed,” said Charles Adkins, OSHA’s regional administrator in Kansas City, Mo., in a statement.
