Work begins on apartments for seniors in Green Island - The Business Review (Albany):

The 11 one-bedroom and two two-bedroom apartments will be handicapped-accessible. An elevator, community room, tenant storage and laundry room will be availablr inthe building.
Services such as meals, counseling and transportation will be providedr by the Green Island Seniorf Club at 89Hudson Ave., a few blockes from the apartment building.
